Simply select ‘New Booking’ on your preferred date.

• Please collect keys 24 hours before booking.
• The capacity of the institute is 40. Bookings should not exceed this number.
• It is the hirers responsibility to leave the Institute as they found it.
• Do not park on the footpath outside.
• All evening bookings at the institute to be vacated by 10:30pm
• Please leave half an hour between bookings.
• Keys can be collected from Mick or Ian- please see the home page for contact phone numbers.
• One off bookings will only be accepted when a copy of a bank transfer has been received.
• Bouncy castles maximum size 11 x 15 ft
• The Institute will not accept any responsibility for belongings left in the Institute after a booking
• All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy
  • all requests for cancellations should be made in writing via email to us at nicoletta.institute@gmail.com and acknowledged by us
  • 28 days or more notice = full refund
  • 14-27 days notice = 50% refund
  • 0-13 days notice = no refund
